The content here — including pages about conditions, treatments, TMS, Spravato, ketamine-assisted therapy and addiction medicine — is general educational information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified clinician who knows your history.

Reading this site, submitting a form, or emailing us does not create a provider-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you have been accepted as a patient of the practice and have completed the intake process.

Appointment requests and messages

• Submitting a form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. An appointment exists only once our office has confirmed it with you directly.
• We are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and forms submitted outside those hours are answered on the next business day.
• Do not use this website, or ordinary email, for anything urgent.
• Please do not include detailed medical history or other sensitive information in web forms. Once you are a patient, use the patient portal or call the office for clinical matters.

Where we can provide care

Our office is in Vero Beach, Florida. Telemedicine visits are available to patients physically located in Florida or Pennsylvania at the time of the appointment, because those are the states in which we are licensed. Telemedicine is not appropriate for every condition or every patient, and the practice may determine that an in-person visit is required.

Fees and insurance

Wave Treatment Centers is a private, out-of-network practice. We do not bill insurance directly. Any fee, coverage or reimbursement information on this site is general and may change; the amounts that apply to you are the ones confirmed by our office. Results are individual

Patient stories, reviews and testimonials on this site describe individual experiences. They are not a promise, guarantee or prediction of the outcome of your treatment. Outcomes depend on your diagnosis, history and circumstances, and no treatment works for everyone.

Third-party links, embeds and the patient portal

This site links to and embeds services run by other companies — including our patient portal, telemedicine platform, maps, videos, questionnaires and review widgets. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass, threaten or impersonate anyone.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its systems, or any account.
• Interfere with the site’s operation, including by scraping, overloading or introducing malicious code.
• Submit false information, or another person’s information without their permission.

Our content

The text, images, logos, video and design on this site are owned by Wave Treatment Centers or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Anything else — republishing, reproducing or using our content commercially — requires our written permission.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indian River County, Florida.
